10/11/02- Didnt get to workout today, I'm too lazy, tired and too much school work to catch up on. Next work I will squeeze

10/13/02 - Breakfast/Lunch : 2 rib sandwiches, choc.skim milk
Dinner: Grilled Chicken no bread, salad, 2 glasses of watered up juice.
Snack: 6 pieces of M&M's.
10/14/02- I walked to most if not all of my classes tomorrow. Lunch: Smoked turkey sandwich with swiss cheese, hold
the mayo. A lite salad, 2tomatos, 2cucumber,2celery, lite italian dressing, and two glasses of watered down juice. Dinner-
one steak fajita, 2 watered down juice. Broccoliand rice chedder. Snack( I'm not proud)Cheetos and a crunch bar.

10/15/02- Lunch Cajun Chicken ,mixed veggies, little mac and cheese and 2 glass of juice.Dinner- J. Ravoli, juice, pizza
melt, little cheese noodles.
10/17/02 Lunch - 3 turkey tacos w/cheese,sour cream,and T. Grape/g.fruit juice, little f.cocktail. I maxed 4 slices of
pizza.

10/18/02- good ol' david ate grilled chicken breast, choc milk and a 1/2 glass of grape juice, slice of pizza.
10/22- bag of m&m's and 3d's
10/23 lost 2 lbs! lunch- clams, grilled turkey w/swiss/1/2 glass of fruit punch. I think I eat way too much cheese. I
will cut most of it out of my diet and lay off the snacking.
10/24/02 -breakfast Twix!!!lunch- Roast beef sandwich/ two slices of swiss cheese , 2 sl.tomato/lettuce. and orange juice.
Workout 2 hours. 2 sets of d.curls,

10/29/02- I've decided that I will eat breakfast everyday for life, even if I puke it up! Today, I had a quesadilla and
a italian beef sandwich. But for now on, I'll be eating cereal.
10/30/02 didn't eat breakfast today. I lied. Spagetti and sauce.
10/31/02 lost 2 lbs lunch chicken sandwich, mixed veggies and lil pasta, bacon sandwich. Roast beef mashed tatos,
juice.
11/1/02- finally eat breakfast! Granola, and orange juice, I'm still hungry!

The key to losing my weight could be more psychological than anything, I must heal my inner child with words and thoughts
of anger towards my father and my own self - worth. I know that my biggest problem with food is the comfort and the control
that gives me.Well, today, I been pondering what type of gadget should I get. I love electronics, they're so cold and
unfeeling but, I have the capibilites to bring it to life.I love home theater so much. God, how manly.
I'm awful with money and i've spent way too much on video games. probably like 200 dollars on video games this month.
I brought Nba 2k3, Doa 2, Conflict: D. Storm, Hitman2, and 29th I'm getting Vice city. No more Ps2 games for a long
time!

11/7/02 -i've been doing a lot of walking and went to the rec today 1 horu or exercise 20 min of free weights and 40
